Orange Chia Pudding

 

 

 

Serves 4

Ingredients:

 

1/2 cup chia seeds

 

1 can full-fat coconut milk

 

2 cups cara-cara orange segments

 

2-4 tablespoons maple syrup

 

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

Toppings: (optional)

Blackberries

Blueberries

Raspberries

Coconut flakes

Maple Syrup Drizzle

 

How-To:

 

In a blender, combine all ingredients except for chia seeds and toppings. Pour orange coconut mixture into a large bowl and stir in chia seeds until well incorporated. Place in fridge overnight or for 3-4 hours. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Top with your favorite fruits and ingredients. Enjoy!♡🍴
