Cinnamon Hot Cocoa for One

 

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

 

1 cup vanilla cashew milk

 

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

 

2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips

 

1 tablespoon coconut sugar

 

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

 

Toppings:

Crushed vegan candy canes

Coconut whip cream ( I used So Delicious ) 

 

How-To:

 

Add cashew milk to a small sauce pan and bring to a steady simmer over medium heat.

 

When the nut milk is warm, add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, coconut sugar, and ground cinnamon. Whisk to incorporate.

 

Continue to heat on the stove until everything is fully combined and has reached the temperature of your liking.

 

Pour your finished hot cocoa into a cute mug and enjoy with coconut whipped cream, crushed candy cane, and a touch of cinnamon. Cozy up and enjoy!
