Makes 2 Medium Jars
2 cups cashew milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups GF quick cooking rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Golden Milk Granola ( recipe here )
Any other fruit of your choice!
Extra drizzle of maple syrup
In a blender, whiz all ingredients except for oats, chia seeds, and toppings until well combined. Pour your golden liquid into a medium-sized bowl and stir in your oats and chia seeds, ensuring it is mixed well. Allow this mixture to rest in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or preferably overnight.
In the morning, give your oats a good stir and divide your desired amount amongst mason jars or bowls. Top with granola, apples, and coconut whip. You may add your favorite fruits and any other ingredients you desire!
