1/2 cup millet, rinsed and drained
1 cup peeled and diced sweet potato
2 1/2 cups Pacific Foods Hemp Plant-Based Beverage
1-1 1/2 teaspoons freshly minced ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 dashes cardamom
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 cup diced apple
Hulled hemp seeds
Dash maca powder
In a deep small/medium pot, combine Pacific Foods Hemp Plant-Based Beverage, millet, sweet potato, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and coconut sugar.
Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring every now and then until liquid is absorbed for about 45-59 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in diced apples. Serve among two bowls! Enjoy this gluten-free, fiber filled porridge!
